Vaultmail Legal

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 16, 2026

1. The service

Vaultmail provides email addresses with inbox access through the dashboard and the API. No login credentials are provided for the underlying infrastructure, and the operator retains ownership of that infrastructure. Access is receive-side only: you may list, read, search, delete, and mark messages as read. Sending email is not offered.

2. Longevity

Addresses are built for long-term use, typically from 1 month to lifetime. Longevity depends on third-party providers and is not guaranteed.

3. Your account and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your credentials. You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.

4. Payment and balance

Purchases are paid from a prepaid balance denominated in US dollars. Top-ups are processed by our payment provider. A purchase permanently binds the purchased address to your profile; purchased addresses are not returned to stock or resold.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis, and Vaultmail is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from interruptions or changes made by third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Where termination results from a violation, no refund is due.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the dashboard or by email, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

[Governing law and venue to be specified by the operator.]

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be raised through the support channel in your dashboard.
